Phil Gould has blasted the Eels over a shambolic set of six that started with a fast Mitchell Moses faucet.
Moses obtained a penalty close to midway, went for the short contact and took off down the sector, making about 15 metres.
The Eels continued to march up the bottom, however Dylan Brown wasted the set when he threw a horrible move deep in Panthers territory, handing the ball over.
“I reckon it simply made them frantic there,” Gould mentioned of Moses’ fast faucet on 9’s protection.
“He took a faucet and he ran half so far as he was going to kick for contact, after which the remainder of the set of six was a rabble. So there was no benefit in it in any respect.”
